Section 2: Web analysis with Google Analytics

Pursuant to article 15 of the GDPR, you have the right to demand infor­mation regarding your personal data which we have processed.

2. Right to recti­fi­ca­tiong

If the infor­mation regarding you is not or is no longer appli­cable, you have the right to demand that this is rectified pursuant to article 16 of the GDPR. If your data is incom­plete, you can demand that it is completed.

3. Right to erasure

You can request that your personal data is deleted pursuant to article 17 of the GDPR.

4. Right to restriction of processing

Pursuant to article 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to request that processing of your personal data is restricted.

5. Right to data porta­bility

Pursuant to article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a struc­tured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to request that the data is trans­mitted to another controller.

6. Right to withdraw consent to the privacy policy

Pursuant to article 7, paragraph 3, of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the privacy policy at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data up until the point that the consent is withdrawn.

7. Right to lodge a complaint with a super­visory authority

If you believe that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a super­visory authority (in parti­cular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infrin­gement), pursuant to article 77 of the GDPR.

a) General: reasoned objective required

If personal data relating to you is processed
— for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us (legal basis pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, point (f) of the GDPR) or
— for the perfor­mance of a task carried out in the public interest (legal basis pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, point (e), of the GDPR), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons that arise from your parti­cular situation; this also applies to profiling based on the provi­sions of the GDPR.

In the event of objection, we will no longer process the personal data relating to you unless we can demons­trate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.

b) Special case direct marketing: simple objection suffi­cient

Where personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, you have the right to object to such processing, including profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing, at any time without having to justify your objection.

If you object to your data being processed for the purposes of direct marketing, the personal data relating to you will no longer be processed for this purpose.
